Policy on Discussing Race:
Here’s how I, personally, view discussions of race that I am involved in:
1) Concentrating on effects rather than intention, and concentrating on actions rather than people.
2) Jay Smooth basically defines my views on how to talk about race here
3) Most importantly, this: because we’re all concerned with perfection, we feel as though we can’t engage in dialogues of race at risk of revealing our own imperfections. However, it’s essential that we still do so regardless, myself included.

cisgender privilege, presents as feminine
queer, but presents within the gender binary
currently able-bodied
